Indian Idol 12: Udit Narayan And Abhijeet Bhattacharya Make A Swag Entry On The Show; Aditya Narayan Is Shocked — VIDEO
Indian Idol 12 never fails to surprise anyone. Despite all the controversies hovering over the show, the singing reality show always manages to bring in fun elements by calling some renowned artists. In the previous episode, we saw the 90s king of romantic songs, Kumar Sanu, Anuradha Padwal and Roop Kumar Rathod, where they gave a tribute to late composer Shravan Rathod. This time, they called singers Udit Narayan and Abhijeet Bhattacharya who made a dhamakedaar entry that completely stumped Udit’s son Aditya Narayan. Well, they made a swag entry on the show, channelling their inner rapper it seems.

The two were seen wearing oversized flamboyant sweatshirts, caps and cool sunglasses. However, Udit’s appearance leaves Aditya in splits as he says that he has never seen his father in such an avatar. The two graced the show as guests. They not only reviewed the talented contestants but they have also performed with them in a duet session. In the same promo, we see Udit singing along with Sawai Bhatt while in another promo we see Abhijeet singing with Nihal Tauro. During the episode, one of the contestants Arunita Kanjilal got a sweet surprise from guest Abhijeet Bhattacharya after she delivered a stellar performance. She sang Tu Mere Samne, Main Tere Samne song, an overwhelmed Bhattacharya went on to give Arunita some Rasgullas, that came specially from her hometown West Bengal.

Meanwhile, in the latest TRP list, India Idol 12 re-entered the list as it grabbed the fourth position by amassing 7107 impressions. Due to numerous controversies, the singing reality was dropped out of the list earlier.
