Rashami Desai’s Uttaran co-star Tinaa Dattaa performs a spectacular Yoga asana with actress Aashka Goradia to celebrate International Yoga Day 2020
Many celebs from the TV and film industry believe, preach and follow Yoga as part of their daily routine. Today being International Yoga Day 2020 many celebs took to their social media accounts, practicing some Yoga asana, advocating about this form of fitness, one of them is Bigg Boss 13 contestant Rashami Desai’s Uttaran co-star Tinaa Dattaa and TV actress Aashka Goradia.
In a post shared by Tinaa on her Instagram account we can see her and Aashka Goradia, clearly defying gravity as they perform a Yoga asana, which will send chills down your spine. While Aashka is seen lying on back on the floor, she is balancing Tinaa on her legs and supporting her with her hands. Later we can see Tinaa been comfortably seated on Aashka’s sole of her feet. Exchanging a smile as they proceed further, two are seen performing different hand gestures. Followed by slowly unwinding from the posture towards the end.
Tinaa sharing this post on her Instagram account spoke about having faith and exchange of energies, praising Aashka Goradia.
