Divyanka Tripathi took to her Instagram account to clear the air over stories suggesting that she'll be replacing Erica Fernandes in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2
Of late, rumours are that the leads of Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes, are quitting the show. Parth Samthaan supposedly decided to quit the show as he wants to focus on his other projects including a film, not much is known about Erica Fernandes' decision. Parth played the role of Anurag Basu in the show while Erica was his Prerna. Whispers were also being heard that the makers have zeroed down on Divyanka Tripathi to replace Erica Fernandes. But here's some clarity.
Divyanka has commented on these stories and stated that they are mere rumours. Taking to her social media account, Divyanka put up a story that read, "DTD as Prerna in KZK? It's a rumour! Just clearing the air for those who care.'" With this, the rumuours of Divyanka replacing Erica can be laid to rest.
Apart from Parth and Erica, we exclusively told you that Sahil Anand too has decided to quit the show. A source stated that Parth and Sahil have informed their decisions to the producers and the talks are on. Makers are trying to convince the two to stay.
