Is Sasural Simar Ka Actor Manish Raisinghan Dating Sangeita Chauhaan?

It’s pretty common to witness connections and close bonds developing between co-actors in glamour world and now, the latest actors to be discussed in the TV industry are Manish Raisinghan and Sangeita Chauhaan. A source close to them informed to SpotboyE.com that the two are inseparable these days and have been spending a lot of time together.

As soon as we came across these reports, we couldn't resist to hear it from the horses’ mouth. We texted Sangeita Chauhaan in the morning and she replied, "It's a funny morning rather. No no, we are not dating. I’ve made new friends and that's how it is. No dating scene. All these are just rumours. I also spend a lot of time with other friends, but unfortunately, no one is talking about that.”

Manish Raisighan also seconded her thoughts as he replied, "It's not at all true. Actually, we have a common group of friends that's it.” Manish and Sangeita have worked together in the show Ek Shringaar- Swabhiman, however it was just for a week as the show went off air very soon.


Sangeita whom we last saw in Naagin 3 essaying the role of Avi, was married to Chirag Shah. However, she kept her marriage under wraps for 8 long years until in 2017, a report revealed that Chirag went missing for four days due to a fight between the couple. Talking to Bombay Times, Chirag had said, "It was a mutual decision. I would always introduce myself as her boyfriend when she was working down South. But when she bagged Ek Shringaar — Swabhiman, neither the production house, nor the channel asked her about her marriage."


Manish was rumoured to be dating his 19-year-old co-star Avika Gor, but the duo always denied it. In fact Manish had told a daily, "The gossip affected me in the beginning and I was stupid enough to maintain a distance from Avika. I became conscious and irritable during that phase. The rumour made me sick. But later, I realised that if my intentions are clear, why should I treat her any differently? I have never dated her; she is almost half my age. We are compatible, but I have never seen her that way. Anyway, such loose talks don't affect me anymore and we meet for work now."

Coming back to Manish and Sangeita's chemistry becoming the talk of town, we think the duo has made it quite clear and we hope the speculations die down.
