Shilpa Shinde is the latest celebrity to get evicted from the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10
‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10’ judged by Nora Fatehi, Karan Johar, and Madhuri Dixit is currently one of the most popular reality shows on Indian television. Every week, one celebrity contestant gets evicted and this week, everyone's favourite Shilpa Shinde had to bids adieu to the show. The Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai actress along with her choreographer partner Nishchal lost a dance battle to Anupamaa fame Paras Kalnawat and his choreographer Shweta.
In the latest episode, Shinde was in the bottom two with Paras and after combining the audiences’ votes and judges’ scores, the actress got evicted as she received the lesser votes than Kalnawat. Talking about her journey on the show, the Chidiya Ghar actress stated she feels extremely fortunate to be part of Jhalak. In a statement, she shared, “I am extremely fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to perform in front of Madhuri Dixit Nene, Karan Johar and Nora Fatehi. I have enjoyed every moment spent on this wonderful show. I have made some precious memories, which I will cherish throughout my life. After the episode was aired, fans and netizens expressed their disappointment over Shilpa’s shocking eviction from the show. Many also slammed the makers calling it unfair.
During her stint on the show, she had many candid confessions about her struggling days. She spoke about struggles she faced while building her house from scratch all alone. Needless to say, Shilpa Shinde’s Jhalak journey was no less than a roller coaster ride. This was her second reality show after winning Bigg Boss 11 in 2017.
