Failing to woo the audience, Colors’ show Tantra starring Juhi Parmar and Manish Goel will end on April 5
Earlier, SpotboyE.com gave you an exclusive heads up that the show Tantra is under the scanner and might come to an end. Well, it’s official now and we want to inform you that the show will air its last episode on April 5.
A source close to the show informed us, that the supernatural show, which went on air on December 3, might end soon. Soon after a month into its screen time Tantra’s slot was changed from 11 pm to 9.30 pm. Colors decided to change its slot to prime time only to boost the shows stay on Indian television, but looks like it hasn’t been of any help.
The show is consistently been low on ratings and failed to live up to the expectations which is the reason for pulling the plug. Finally, the makers have put their foot down and the show will air its last episode on April 5. Apart from Juhi Parmar and Manish Goel the show has some popular names like Hiten Tejwani, Rohit Khurrana, Gauri Tonk, Sargun Kaur Luthra, Kanan Malhotra, Gautam Vig, Munisha Katwani, Sameksha Singh.
Tantra, by Swastik Productions, is the story of Khanna family who move into their dream home, but little do they know what lies in store. Initially, all goes well but with time they are faced with eerie happenings. The family is unaware of that the house itself is a manifestation of evil and they are under the effects of black magic. The show explores the concepts of black magic, mysticism, incantation and supernatural elements in an intriguing way.
