Kamya Punjabi lashes out at Doli Armaano Ki producer for non-payment of dues
Kamya Punjabi has taken to Facebook to protest against the non payment of her dues in the Zee TV show Doli Armaano Ki. Here's what transpired on the Facebook between Kamya and the show's producer Pearl Grey. When contacted, Pearl admitted that she owes money to not only Kamya but a lot of other artistes in the show as well.
Kamya Punjabi has taken to Facebook to protest against the non payment of her dues in the Zee TV show Doli Armaano Ki.
Here's what transpired on the Facebook between Kamya and the show's producer Pearl Grey.
When contacted, Pearl admitted that she owes money to not only Kamya but a lot of other artistes in the show as well.
Said Pearl, "It's not that I deliberately defaulted on payments. I was conned by a person whom I had hired to take care of my finances. He manipulated the accounts and I was banned by the FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employes)."
However, Pearly quickly added that she's on the verge of sorting out the matter. "The FWICE has lifted the ban and I even have a couple of new projects in the pipeline."
Talking about Kamya putting it on a public platform, Pearl said, "Kamya always called me her friend--- and now this! I wouldn't have minded if she had gone to the FWICE or the Court. But why use the social media for this? It hurts."
Pearl is also upset at Kamya’s other accusation and says, “Kamya is pulling off a t. I had told her to have patience. She has been busy with Box Cricket League and we haven't even since quite some time. I am very upset with her attitude on this subject--- and I shall never talk to her hereafter."
