The ongoing domestic violence feud between Nisha Rawal and Karan Mehra is only sending shockwaves as new details about their relationship is making headlines almost every day. Earlier, Nisha filed an FIR against Karan upon which he was arrested allegedly because he physically abused her. However, he was granted bail a few hours later. After Nisha Rawal accused Karan Mehra of physical abuse, now Karan has accused her of the same. In an interview with a daily, he said that their relationship has strained him to such an extent that he began having suicidal thoughts.
He alleged that Nisha used to beat him up and throw things after she lost her cool. “She has always been aggressive and in the beginning, she was physically abusive as well. Usko gussa aata hai toh woh haath paav chalaati hai, usko samajh mein nahi aata hai. (When she gets angry, she gets physical, she doesn't understand anything). She starts throwing and breaking things,” he told ETimes. He further added, “I had thought it would get better, and it did to a certain extent, but phir woh activate hone laga (it began activating again). Things have been bad since the past four-five years and there came a point when I became suicidal.”
Meanwhile, Karan revealed that Nisha is suffering from bipolar disorder which was then agreed by Rawal. On the other hand, Rawal accused him of an extramarital affair. She even told a publication that she warned Karan about his affair and had told him they should part ways if he continues to do so.
Whereas the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor denied any allegations of infidelity. However, some chats of Karan with a female co-star went viral and netizens felt it is contradicting his statements.
