Karan Mehra who was in the police custody on the charges of domestic violence has been granted a bail. The actor was arrested last night by Mumbai Police after his wife Nisha Rawal filed an official complaint at Goregaon West Police station.

Reports of Nisha and Karan facing problems in their marriage started a month back. Although the two were in denial mode when the media reached out to them. Last night the couple got into a major brawl where Karan went on hitting Nisha after which she got stitches on her head. When SpotboyE.com had contacted Karan, the actor had said, "This is not true, these are just rumours. In fact, I am right now in Mumbai and have quarantined myself at my residence for precautionary measures after a few people tested positive on my show's set although I tested negative."
