Karan Patel-Ankita Bhargava's Daughter Mehr Is A Rainbow Baby; Mama Patel Opens Up On Her Miscarriage For The First Time, Posts A Gritty Open Letter
In a brave confession, Karan Patel's wife Ankita Bhargava opens up on her miscarriage. The couple lost their first baby on this day, two years back.
Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava were blessed with a baby girl late last year and the two have been over the moon, since then. This is Anikta's second pregnancy, she had suffered a miscarriage in 2018. Taking to her Instagram Ankita shared an open letter and wrote, "Technically I wrote this a few days ago,But it took me time to muster up the courage to make this post! This is by far the most personal post that im ever going to write,With hopes that i can make atleast a little difference in someones life. At first i didnt want to talk about it to anyone at all, but then after having counselled more than TWO DOZEN women over dmz on instagram all over the country, I realised it is time I openly talk about ‘MY MISCARRIAGE’."
Ankita goes on to add, "The most important takeaway for me from this experience was....DONT KEEP RELIVING THE PAST, DONT KEEP WAITING FOR THE FUTURE
JUST SIMPLY LIVE IN THE PRESENT." In her letter, Ankita reveals two years back she had suffered a miscarried, on this very day of the month. She took a
scan at 20 weeks and after receiving a fit to fly certificate from doctor she was supposed to go Thailand with her mother for an ad shoot. And just like that she miscarried unfortunately. "There was nothing wrong in my body and unborn child too. Just that my child came into this world too early to meet me but I didn't even get to see baby's face," she said.
She adds, waking up with that flat tummy gave her an empty feeling and she eventually hated God for months. Ankita and Karan were in pain and didn't know how to handle it. Karan used to behave normal so that she felt lighter and eventually they just bottled it up. The actress reveals the couple cried every night whenever the saw a baby on TV or a mention of one in real life.
Ankita also discloses that she was even trolled by 6-7 handles over her miscarriage. "That how I deserved it how Karan deservesd it. And some also said that, 'You should leave your husband for his best' that I am incapable of bearing children."
However the actress is past that ugly phase. Their little one Mehr brings them so much joy, everyday. We respect Anikta for this couregeaous act.
