Actress Pooja Banerjee rose to fame as she featured as Parth Samthaan’s on-screen sister in the Ekta Kapoor show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. An avid social media user, Pooja aka Nivedita Basu entertains fans with her posts and love soaked pictures with her dearest husband Sandeep Sejwal. Like we all are well aware, with the lockdown imposed in the country, many have lost their jobs. In the tough times, as several have lost their livelihood due to swimming pools being shut, Banerjee's husband Sandeep Sejwal has come up with an initiative to support them and the lady can't stop praising him.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Pooja Banerjee reposted a post shared by her husband and senior National champion Sandeep Sejwal. Sharing the post, Pooja wrote, “Great work,” and tagged her beloved hubby in it. The post that Pooja shared features a poster of the initiative Sejwal has kick-started to help people in need.
Speaking of the post shared by the Arjuna award holder, Sandeep Sejwal shared that the fundraiser titled LetsPoolIn is an initiative started to help the workers in the aquatic industry who are dealing with job losses and salary cuts, and struggling to make ends meet. In his post about the fundraiser, the Indian National Record-holder mentioned that the initiative is to support 100 of them with a one-time financial grant of Rs 10,000. With swimming pools closed for over three months, Sandeep Sejwal’s motive is to help the lives of those behind the scenes who keep swimming alive and kicking.
Meanwhile, actress Pooja Banerjee has resumed shooting for the show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. The actress gave fans a glimpse of her day at work through her Instagram stories and shared how precautionary measures have been taken on the sets to ensure the safety of the cast and crew.
