Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Parth Samthaan Denies Any Fallout With Ekta Kapoor; Accepts He had Reached 'Saturation Point'
Parth Samthaan has denied all the reports stating that he was the reason of Kasautii Zindagii Kay coming to end.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay starring Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes came to an end a few months ago. It was one of the most popular shows, however, makers decided to wrap it up much earlier than expected. Rumours had it that Parth Samthaan was the reason why the show came to an end. It was also reported that he had a fallout with producer Ekta Kapoor. But in his recent interview, Parth has called all these reports 'baseless'. He did accept though that he had reached a saturation point.
In an interview with Etimes, he stated that the situation was such that the producers had to take a call to wrap up the show. He was referring to Coronavirus situation that had caused panci among all. He was quoted saying, "All the reports of Kasautii Zindagii Kay wrapping up or shutting down because of me were absolutely wrong and baseless. It was not like that. It was an overall decision by the makers by the channel. Yes, I won’t lie that I had reached a saturation point and I wanted to grow. The situation at that time was very difficult for all of us to work together. Not only on our show but other shows as well. Because the situation we all were in was not right everyone was in a panic mode. It was difficult at that point. Now, the situation has completely changed and if there were any rumours of me having a fallout with Ekta Kapoor maam, the answer is right in front of everyone that I am doing her web show and she really liked my work. She is very happy and actually praised my performance. I am very glad and grateful enough that she understood and she took it very maturely and she was very sensible enough and I respect her for that. I am very thankful to her for that."
Parth is now seen in gangster avatar in Main Hero Boll Raha Hun. He has received rave reviews for the same.
