Kavita Kaushik Invents A Yoga Pose Inspired By PM Narendra Modi's 'Atma Nirbhar' Speech; Fans Call Her 'Spider Woman'
Kavika Kaushik is among one of the hottest and the fittest television stars to exist and her secret behind the flexibility is very quite simple and essential for all us. It’s Yoga.  The FIR actress leaves no chance of flaunting her perfectly-toned body by performing some of the most difficult asanas with utmost ease and balance. Well, a stroll down her Instagram account and you will understand why we say no. Kavita’s latest Yoga pose, however, has a PM Narendra Modi speech connection and all her followers are thoroughly impressed.

It all happened after a user shared a picture of Kavita Kaushik performing a tough-to-crack pose with both her legs spread wide, as she bent down to a squat position and held both her knees with opposite hands. As difficult as it looks, Kaushik pulled it off with so much ease and flexibility. Well, that’s because she dedicates a part of her day to doing Yoga regularly. The fan curiously asked, “Wat asana is this & how is it even possible?” To which, Kavita Kaushik named it the 'Atmanirbhar' aasan.

She wrote, “Let's call it the 'Atmanirbhar' aasan.” LOL! For those unaware, it’s one of the keywords that PM Modi used in his speech yesterday while addressing the nation amid the Coronavirus outbreak. Fans were quick to pour in their compliments. We came across tweets like, “It looks like painting, not real,” “I wish..I would be your student...you are just amazing mam,” “Yeh Spider women kaun hai.”
