Popular television actress Shivangi Joshi is known for her brilliant stint in daily soaps like ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ and ‘Balika Vadhu 2’. The actress is now all set to ditch her ‘adarsh bahu’ image with her first-ever reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’. Shivangi has decided to overcome all her fears in the Rohit Shetty-hosted stunt reality show which will see her doing some high-octane action stunts. In a recent interview, Joshi revealed why she took up KKK12 and the scariest moment of her life.
Speaking to Bollywoodlife.com, the actress revealed that she has a lot of fears and the reason she is doing the reality show is to conquer all her fears. When asked about her scariest moment, Shivangi mentioned that it was when she told her family that she wants to pursue a career in acting. “I have a lot of fears. That’s why I am doing this show to conquer all my biggest fears. My scariest moment was when I told my family I want to pursue my career in this industry, my parents were really supportive but there were a few members in the family who were against it. I and my mom came to Mumbai from Dehradun, nobody knows us back then so that step and journey were really tough for me,” Shivangi said. She also went on to reveal that Divyanka Tripathi is her favourite so far in all the seasons and called her the most ‘fearless contestant’ she had seen on Khatron Ke Khiladi.
Meanwhile, besides Shivangi, many popular faces from the TV industry are participating in this season. Other contestants of KKK12 are Rubina Dilaik, Sriti Jha, Chetna Pande, Munawar Faruqui, Pratik Sehajpal, Rajiv Adatitia, Aneri Vajani Jannat Zubair and among others. They all have left for Cape Town, South Africa for the shooting.
