Shaheer Sheikh, Erica Fernandes and Supriya Pilgaonkar’s Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi was one of the top-rated and most loved shows back in 2016. The show first lasted till August 2017 but due to massive demand from fans, the channel decided to air extra episodes of Dev and Sonakshi's bonding with their newborn son Shubh in September 2017 that finally ended on November 2, 2017. Recently, much to everyone's surprise, the makers of the show announced that the show is coming back with season 3 but what’s exciting was that the cast of the show has been retained.
As the makers are now gearing up for season 3, Dev aka Shaheer Sheikh and Sonakshi aka Erica Fernandes are getting a little nostalgic. The onscreen couple is recalling some old memories of #Devakshi as they shared an adorable video on social media. Not so long ago, Erica and Shaheer both shared the same video on their respective Instagram accounts. It also seems like the duo is extremely excited to come back on the sets of KRPKAB and to work with each other. As soon as they shared the video, fans went down memory lane. They are super elated and thrilled to see Dev and Sonakshi back again on screen after three years.
Reportedly, the third season will pick up exactly where it ended on season 2 and there may be a leap of 3-5 years. Also, the star cast would mostly be the same. Speaking to ETimes, Erica Fernandes said she is excited to return for the third season of the show. She revealed that Sonakshi’s character has always been immensely special for her as that is the role that got her where she has reached today.
Fernandes said, “The role has gotten me where I am today. If it wasn’t for the character that I played, I don’t think I would be where I am today.
