Kangana Ranaut takes on Lock Upp contestant Poonam Pandey for 'promoting adult films'
Kangana Ranaut-hosted show Lock Upp has been making headlines in the past few days for multiple reasons. The new digital-only reality show, which started streaming on ALT Balaji and MX Player from February 27, includes 16 controversial celebrities locked up in jail. Ahead of the show's launch, every controversial contestant has been making headlines. Talking about Poonam Pandey, in particular, she has been grabbing attention for a lot of reasons.
ALT Balaji recently shared a video that gave a glimpse of her conversation with the show host Kangana Ranaut. The promo begins with Kangana asking Poonam if she agrees that she makes and promotes adult films.
To this, Poonam replies saying her videos or pictures do not break any law. "Maine aaj tak jitne videos banaye hai ya phir jitne photos maine click kiye hai, I haven't broken any law. Earlier, talking about participating in the show, Poonam had said in a statement, "After being hesitant towards appearing in the show for a while, I finally decided to let all my qualms go and just take up the opportunity. I am looking at this as a chance to show my fans and audience a different side of me, the candid and vulnerable side. I am the hot one inside the jail, and someone that viewers can relate to."
