Lock Upp: Payal Rohatgi referred to Saisha Shinde as 'ladka' and soon apologised for saying so. Saisha wasn't having any of it
Kangana Ranaut-hosted show Lock Upp is full of twists and turns. The contestants are doing all they can to deliver their best and survive in the jail. In the latest episode, contestants were divided into two teams. Saisha Shinde, Anjali Arora, Prince Narula, and Poonam Pandey were in one team and Shivam Sharma, Munawar Faruqui, Payal Rohatgi, and Azma Fallah were in the second team. For the task, kaidis had to make beds.
A luxury ration and a mini fridge were offered as a reward. After making one khatiya, Prince came to destroy the other group's raw resources. Poonam then attempted to do the same. Payal's team khatiya was superior to Prince's team and won the task.
After the task, while discussing why they lost the task, Prince shared that Payal's team had two boys, Shivam and Munawar and that's why they won. Payal replied, "Par Saisha thi na ladka, Saisha aur tumne bahut accha kiya." Munawar looked at her and said 'don't'. Payal then explained herself, "Not in that way Saisha is strong, aaree no please don't go in that zone." Munawar brought the topic in front of all the kaidis and Payal, Saisha and Munawar had a huge fight. Payal defended herself by saying that she was just talking about physical strength.
As reported by ETimes, Saisha later told Prince, "When the jailor comes, Karan Kundrra comes, all eyes are on that day and I want her to be apologetic or humiliated on that day." After facing the heat, Payal clarified her point and apologised publicly saying she didn't mean it that way and she was misunderstood.
