Firstly, as many know, last year, he took everyone by surprise when he announced his marriage to Sangeita Chauhan. On June 30, the couple completed one year of blissful marriage. Speaking of that, a few weeks ago, it was reported that Manish has a secret child with his co-star and good friend Avika Gor. Earlier, speaking to RJ Siddharth Kanan, Avika had said, "He's 18 years older than me, by the way. Even now when people ask me if anything was happening between us, I'm like 'yaar, mere papa se thoda chhota hai woh." Addressing it, Sangeita told ETimes, "Manish's age is just a number but he is a kid. He gets hungry at odd hours and he has a habit of forgetting."
Furthermore, dismissing the rumours of the secret child, Manish joked, "Sambhal ke kahin rakha tha... kahan hai? Mil nahi raha hai, yahin kahin hoga (I had put it somewhere safe. Can't find it now. Must be here somewhere)." At this, Sangieta asked him about a pair of shoes she spotted at their recent trip. She added, "Bechara kahan bhatak raha hoga, mujhe dedo. Ek sambhal rahi hu, doosra bhi sambhal lungi (That poor kid must be roaming around helplessly. Give it to me. I am caring after one, will look after another)."
Previously, speaking to ETimes, Manish had said, "This is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard about my friendship with Avika. Why can't two individuals be good friends? Why do they have to be in a relationship? Also it's a fact that I am 18 years older than her."
The actor went on to add that Avika will always be a close friend. As many know, she is in a relationship with Milind Chandwani. The actress often shares adorable and romantic photos on Instagram.
