Varun Badola who took a break from TV show Mere Dad Ki Dulhan after his wife tested positive for Novel Coronavirus, plans to resume shoot
Mere Dad Ki Dulhan actor Varun Badola was on a break after his wife-actress Rajeshwari Sachdev was tested positive for COVID-19 on September 16, 2020. The actor now plans to resume the shoot soon, as per reports in Telly Chakkar, Varun is currently waiting for one more test to be done, post which he will be ready to shoot. Rajeshwari was under home quarantine with the actor staying back at home to take care of her as well as his family.
He was quoted saying by the portal, “Well, I had stopped shooting from 16 September after Rajeshwari tested positive. I decided to be with her and my family. Now, I am waiting for one more test to get done tomorrow and once I am done I am ready to shoot.” When the actor was further quizzed about the well being of his wife Rajeshwari, he confirmed Rajeshwari being fine now. He replied, “She is fine now.”
The actor in the recent past had shared the news of being tested negative for the Novel Coronavirus, which is a big relief.
Varun who plays Amber on the show Mere Dad Ki Dulhan along with taking care of his family, also made sure to socially distance himself from his colleagues on the sets in order to curb further spread of the virus. During his conversation with ETimes TV he had said, “Look, you never know yeh virus kahan se aata hai aur kaise aata hai. So why not be responsible instead if we really want to fight this pandemic and win? This would only happen if each one of us understands his social responsibility towards others.”
