Mohsin Khan Aka Kartik On Leaving 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai': 'This Show Holds A Special Place In My Heart'
Post Mohsin Khan's exit from YRKKH, Harshad Chopda will be reportedly seen as the male lead on the show.
Mohsin Khan has been in the news ever since it was revealed that he has decided to quit 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. The actor joined YRKKH in 2016 and gained immense popularity for essaying the role of Kartik. His on-screen chemistry with Shivangi Joshi made them one of the most loved television couples. Fans were left heartbroken after learning about his exit from the show.
Mohsin shot for his last episode on Tuesday and even treated fans with pictures from the sets. And now, in an interview with ETimes, Mohsin opened up about bidding goodbye to YRKKH and said that he will miss the cast and crew members of the show.
He said, "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been a very good experience and as they say all good things come to an end. This show holds a special place in my heart. Of late, these days have been an emotional roller-coaster ride for me as I am very much attached to my on-screen character 'Kartik'. I will miss essaying the role and also miss hanging out with my team on a daily basis." For the uninitiated, Shivangi Joshi is also leaving the show. And if reports are to be believed, Harshad Chopda will now be seen as the male lead on YRKKH.
