Actress Naina Singh, who is known for her role as Rhea in the television show Kumkum Bhagya, opens up about her bond with her mother in this exclusive Mother’s Day interview with SpotboyE.com. The actress believes that every day should be Mother’s day.
She says, “I think every day should be dedicated to the wonderful mothers. We all know that at the end of the day, there’s only one person who’s going to selflessly love us and be by our sides- and that’s always the mother." She further adds, “I try to be a better person for my mother every day. Considering all the amazing things she’s done for me, I think I still haven’t been able to pay her back; maybe I never can. The day I become half as amazing as her, I would be super proud of myself. I really look up to her." A lesser known fact about Naina Singh is that her mother had sent her photos to a beauty pageant without her knowledge, after which Naina was selected; very much like Priyanka Chopra’s story where her mother had sent across her photos for the Miss India contest which eventually led her into winning the title of Miss World.
