Ekta Kapoor’s hit supernatural show, Naagin 5 will be going off-air in February 2021 after a six-month run while making way for a new spin-off show, Kuch Toh Hai. The team has already shot the last episode and a farewell party was organised recently where the star cast Surbhi Chandna, Sharad Malhotra, Mohit Sehgal and others enjoyed themselves to the fullest. The grand farewell also saw the presence of Sanaya Irani, Parag Tyagi, Shefali Jariwala, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Arjit Taneja and others.
The farewell was done with the largest cheers as they said goodbye to the show with love. Some inside pics from the celebration made their way to the internet which have gone viral in no time. Earlier, Mohit also shared some snaps on his Instagram page which was backed with an emotional letter, saying, “I will miss you guys Thank you @balajitelefilmslimited @ektarkapoor @colorstv for this opportunity. I am so so so grateful that a got a chance to be part of this big franchise #naagin. Thank you @muktadhond for writing and creating #jaimathur 's character so well ... enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you @singhranjankumar sir for all your teachings ...will always keep it with me... Taking soooo many memories along.”
Talking about his co-stars he said, “My #cheel boy @sharadmalhotra009 ..my #bani @officialsurbhic u guys are sweethearts and such awesome co-actors. Thoroughly enjoyed performing with u two .. I will miss u both you two calling me jaiiiiiiiiiiiiiii will always be missed. Shayad ab sapno mein bhi sunai dega. Please stay in touch.”
Speaking about saying goodbye to the show, in an interview with ETimes, Sharad who plays Veer in Naagin 5 said, “Saying goodbye is not too great, it brings back all those memories we had with the cast, all the fun we had on set.
