Ekta Kapoor is all set to kick start the 6th season of supernatural fantasy thriller Naagin soon. Though there were speculations of the producer approaching many renowned faces from the television industry, Ekta clears her side on the same. The producer in her latest Instagram post shared that she hadn’t approached any actress for the 6th season. Followed by asking the netizens to suggest a name who would carry the upcoming season on her shoulders. Also updated her fans that she had just recovered from COVID-19.
Her Instagram post read, “NOT YET CAST FOR #NAGIN6! Asking all u guys for ur suggestions! Just recovered from COVID but amidst bad muscle spasm n stomach infection heard some names who r ‘ confirmed ‘! Arey bhai/behn no names r even approached or approved! Ur suggestions guys!” Ekta Kapoor wrote.” Following this post, many netizens suggested Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik fits the bill for Ekta Kapoor’s this upcoming venture. Netizens feel the actress’ acting prowess and good looks make her perfect to play Naagin.
The comment read, “Rubina Dilaik, because her acting skills, dancing skills and beauty are just perfect for the lead role in Naagin 6.” Another social media user requested Ekta to get on board Rubina for Naagin 6 and Tejasswi Prakash (Bigg Boss 15) for Naagin 7. Some even suggested Shraddha Arya and Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Aggarwal for the same.
