Ekta Kapoor's supernatural show Naagin 6 started premiering on February 12. So far, it has received a positive response. The fans of the popular show are loving the storyline of this season. The winner of Bigg Boss 15 Tejasswi Prakash is playing the lead role. Simba Nagpal, Maheck Chahal, Urvashi Dholakia among others are also a part of the show. Tejasswi Prakash is winning hearts as Naagin. She is playing the role of Pratha, a Sarvasresth Naagin. The actress is reportedly charging Rs 2 lakhs per episode, via BollywoodLife. Simba Nagpal, who is essaying the role of Captain Rishabh Gujral, will be seen romancing Tejasswi in the show. He is reportedly charging Rs 1 lakh per episode.
Maheck Chahal plays the role of Tejasswi's sister. She is reportedly charging Rs 1 lakh per episode.
If reports are to be believed, Adaa Khan is charging Rs 70, 000 per episode. Joining the list is Sudha Chandran, who plays the role of Simba's mother. She is charging Rs 3 lakhs per episode.
Urvashi Dholakia will be seen in a pivotal role in the show. She reportedly charges Rs 50, 000 per episode. Amrapali Gupta reportedly charges Rs 75, 000 per episode. Ravi Gupta is charging Rs 45, 000 per episode, via BollywoodLife. Sudipta Banerjee is charging Rs 60, 000 per episode.
Earlier, talking about choosing pandemic as Naagin 6's storyline, Ekta told ETimes, "When my friend narrated me this concept and she told me you should do this and corona is not just about the disease, it is a mind changing thing, she told me I am no longer dealing with relatable topics in the country. I actually knew at that point ke mujhe gaaliyaan padne wali hai because agar yehi kaam koi really celebrated maker karta, things would have been different. Naagin is an out mass, commercial pulp show and there will be criticism and I am fine with it because I am not calling it corona. I want to show what people went through in the last 2 years."
