Nach Baliye 9: Not Exes, Real Jodis Will Participate. Salman Khan May Produce The Show With Katrina Kaif As Judge
While there were reports that Season 9 of Nach Baliye will bring exes together on stage to shake a leg, SpotboyE.com has found out that no such concept is being taken forward. Like all seasons, this time too fresh pairings will take the dance challenge
Television couples dance reality show, Nach Baliye is all set to be back with its new season. The show’s 9th season, we hear will go on-air in May, after IPL ends. There were certain reports in the industry that the new season will feature exes as participants. But SpotboyE.com has found out otherwise.
We got talking to a source close to the channel who informed that no such concept is being worked on. In fact, like always, this time too jodis will be new and married/engaged/in a relationship. Not just this the source also informs that the Salman Khan’s production team is keen to produce the show and have also recommended Katrina Kaif as one of the judges on the show. “Salman Khan may produce the show and we might see Katrina sit on the judges’ panel. However, nothing is finalised yet as the channel is still in talks with Salman’s team.” source told us.
A lot of popular television jodis have participated in the previous season. Amongst whom Sachin and Supriya Pilgaonkar, Sanjeeda Sheikh-Aamir Ali, Hussain Kuwajerwala- Tina Kuwajerwala, Shaleen Bhanot - Daljiet Kaur, Himanshoo Malhotra-Amruta Khanvilkar, Rithvik Dhanjani-Asha Negi, Jay-Bhanushali-Mahhi Vij, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya - Vivek Dahiya have taken the trophies home.
The last season, which got over in June 2017, was won by Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya. After her win, Divyanka Tripathi had spoken to SpotboyE.com and shared her excitement, "I am actually pleasantly surprised and thrilled! We are still numb and the feeling hasn't sunk in yet.
