Parth Samthaan Writes An Emotional Post In Remembrance Of His Late Father
Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2's lead actor Parth Samthaan lost his father on April 19. Today, the actor shared a smiling picture of his father and penned a heartwarming message on social media remembering the man
On Friday, Parth Samthaan’s father, Mr. Lagathe breathed his last in a Pune hospital. He was admitted to the hospital on Thursday night in a critical condition and in spite of best efforts of the doctors, his health continued to show no signs of improvement. Mr Lagathe passed away on Friday and unfortunately, his son Parth couldn’t reach in time, despite driving straight off from sets of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.
Today, we reported about how the doting son, after completing the last rites of his father has resumed work. Now, a while back, the actor shared a smiling picture of his father, and also wrote an emotional message in his memory. Parth wrote, “The man known for his vibrant smile ,his hard work,and the way he kept his relations .........perhaps the last time I saw Him smiling ...RIP Pappa ....Love....Always”

Parth resumed on the sets of Balaji’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 on Sunday. He faced the cameras at Killick Nixon (Chandivali). A source from the sets told us, "Parth was very sombre throughout the day, he was very close to his father and he might take time to come out of it."
It may be recalled that Ekta Kapoor had called for pack-up on sets of the show on Friday, after discovering about his father’s demise. Mr Lagathe was seldom seen in Mumbai and had kept quite a low profile. Sometime back, Parth bought himself a house in Mumbai and dedicated it as a gift to his parents. The actor had posted some pictures, writing: "Gift to my Parents —-MY FIRST HOUSE IN MUMBAI This feeling is beyond happiness ! Since the time one travels to a new city to aspire his/her dream .. you are always away from your home .. and while pursuing your dream you want to get your ‘home sweet home’ asap .. So with god’s blessings ...finally m glad that I am able to achieve one of the goals from my wishlist #myownhouse #2801 #hariom Ganpati Bappa Maurya"
