Pavitra Rishta 2: Sushant Singh Rajput's Sister Shweta Sends Love And Best Wishes To Ankita Lokhande And Shaheer Sheikh
Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti wished good luck to Ankita Lokhande and Shaheer Sheikh for their show Pavitra Rishta 2, which SSR once starred in.
The shooting of Ankita Lokhande and Shaheer Sheikh’s new show Pavitra Rishta 2 has been going on in full swing. While Ankita will reprise her role as Archana, Shaheer will be seen as Manav, a character that was played by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in the original show. The second season of the daily soap, which is being made by Ekta Kapoor for the OTT platform, has been creating waves of late. Recently, Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti sent out her best wishes to the entire team of Pavitra Rishta 2.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Shweta shared a boomerang video of Ankita as Archana with the clapboard and wrote, “Prayers for the success of Pavitra Rishta.” She also shared a photo of Ankita and Shaheer in their characters and wished them good luck. The click was captioned: “I am so happy about this. Wishing luck to the Pavitra Rishta team.”
Meanwhile, Ankita, who has been dropping glimpses from the set, shared a video, showing her getting her COVID 19 test done. The post was captioned as, “My first COVID Test on #pavitrarishta set And I hv tested negative.”

Talking about signing the show, Shaheer Sheikh told SpotBoyE, “A lot of people told me that are you sure you want to do this character? Because it was a legendary character of such a hit show played by Sushant Singh Rajput. People will have very high expectations from you. I was anyway not very sure if I should take up the show and after hearing all such things, I started feeling even more nervous. In fact, the first thought I had was, 'Mujhe accept hi nahi karenge log.”
