Pearl V Puri Makes First Appearance In The City After Bail; Actor Visits Orphanage On His Birthday
Actor Pearl V Puri turned a year older today. On the occasion of his Birthday, Pearl was clicked visiting an orphanage. This was his first appearance post bail in the alleged rape case
Television actor Pearl V Puri was clicked in the city on Saturday. He made an appearance for the first time since he was released on bail, in the alleged rape case. Pearl, who celebrates his Birthday today, visited an Orphanage in Andheri. The actor was clicked heading out of his car in the evening. He also engaged in a conversation with the paparazzi stationed at the location. Pearl thanked the paps for Birthday wishes too. He greeted the paparazzi and thanked them with folded hands.
A video shared on Instagram, by a paparazzo, shows Pearl V Puri dressed in a simple attire. The actor was wearing a plain white Kurta during his visit to the Orphanage. He paired the Kurta with blue jeans and sliders. Pearl V Puri had donned a face mask, following the COVID-19 rules. In the video, the actor is heard talking to the paparazzi, who were busy wishing him. On the occasion of his Birthday, Pearl arrived with essential food items at St Catherine Orphanage in Anderi and performed a kind deed.

For the unversed, last month, the actor was arrested in Vasai's Waliv under the POSCO act. An FIR was filed against the actor, alleging rape. He was then in judicial custody. Later, the actor was granted bail, in the rape case involving a minor. Since then, Pearl did not make any public appearance. However, a few days after his release, the actor had broken his silence on the charges against him. He had issued a statement and opened up about his ordeal.
