We bet all you Hina Khan fans missed seeing her on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai over the last few days. Now, we’ve got good news for you. The actress, who was missing from action for a while due to her poor health, is back on her feet.
Hina resumed the shoot of her daily soap yesterday. The actress even took to Twitter to announce the same.
It was during the shoot of the popular daily last week that Hina experienced excruciating stomach pain. The actress was immediately rushed to the hospital where she was diagnosed with kidney stones. She was also advised strict bed rest for the next few days.
This put the makers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in a spot. The team was supposed to head to Switzerland last week to shoot an important track in the story. The idea behind the Switzerland schedule was to introduce Vishal Singh as the new Naitik. However, on hearing about Hina’s medical condition, the producers decided to cancel the international shoot. The makers were quite considerate and communicated to the actress that she can report to work only when she feels fit.
To make up for Hina’s absence, the makers introduced a track in the show where it was shown that Akshara (Hina’s character) had to leave for Delhi for an emergency.
