After being in the news for speaking up against the injustice she suffered at the hands of her estranged husband Adil Khan Durrani, the dive has now turned a new leaf in her career. She recently went to Dubai to inaugurate her new acting institute franchise. While returning home, the diva yet again broke down and reminisced about the old times.
In a video posted by a renowned paparazzi, Rakhi was spotted at the Mumbai airport returning home. While she spoke about her successful trip, she got emotional while speaking about Adil and recalling a time when she had showered him with flowers at the same airport. She can be heard saying in the video, “Adil ke sar par phool daale the maine, aapko yaad aara hai, uska swagat kia tha. For the unversed, Adil was arrested by the Oshiwara police and sent to judicial custody by the Andheri Court. He was arrested after Rakhi had filed an FIR against him for mishandling her funds. Through her many media interactions she also accused him of killing her mother by not paying for her cancer treatment when the actress was busy shooting for Bigg Boss Marathi season 4. He also has an FIR filed against him in Mysuru by an Iranian woman, who accused him of raping her.
