Rakhi Sawant Says Ritesh Was Not Touching Her, Claims ‘He Continued Relationship As He Didn’t Want To Pay Rs 2 Crore To Bigg Boss 15 Team’
Rakhi Sawant claimed that Ritesh stayed longer with her only because he did not want to pay a Rs. 2 crore penalty to the makers of Bigg Boss 15
Earlier this week, Rakhi Sawant announced separation from her husband Ritesh Singh on social media. In an Instagram post, she stated that after Bigg Boss 15 a lot has happened and she was unaware of certain things. Both tried to sort their differences but it's best they both move on amicably. Rakhi has been quite vocal about her split and now in a recent interview, she revealed that Ritesh continued their relationship post his exit from BB15 house only because he didn’t want to pay Rs.2 crore penalty to Bigg Boss 15 makers.
While speaking to ETimes, Rakhi, on being asked if she had a feeling that Ritesh will leave her after Bigg Boss 15, said, “yes. I felt he was staying in my house only to be at the Grand Finale. Bigg Boss ke contract mein hain (It is in the Bigg Boss contract) that you have to pay Rs. 2 crore if you don’t attend the Grand Finale.” The controversy queen also claimed that Ritesh was not 'touching or kissing her in front of the media.' She was the only one kissing him. Rakhi said all these things gave her strong hints that he will leave her soon.
Previously, in an interview with SpotboyE.com, Rakhi said Ritesh plans to live with his first wife and kids. She shared, “He has to sort out his legal problems because he already has a wife and kids. Everybody was telling me 'you're a liar, liar', so maine unko bulake Bigg Boss mein dala. Bigg Boss mein aane ke bad, uski wife and sab log bahar aye and hume pata chala. I thought he was a divorcee but after a while I found out he is not divorced, so my marriage was not legal.”
For the unversed, Rakhi and Ritesh tied the knot in 2019 but the latter was introduced to the world on Bigg Boss 15. However, it was later revealed that their marriage was legally invalid as Ritesh was still married to his estranged first wife Snigdha Priya.
