Ravi Dubey And Sargun Mehta Are In No Hurry To Embrace Parenthood; ‘We’re Still Enjoying Our Honeymoon Period’
Married for almost 7 years, actor Ravi Dubey reveals not being ready to embrace parenthood yet.
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic many star couples from Bollywood as well as television industry announced about them embracing parenthood. The list included Anushka Sharma, Amrita Rao, Anita Hassanandani, Karanvir Bohra and more. Meanwhile, one of the popular TV couples Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta are still enjoying their honeymoon. The actor was quizzed about when they will be embracing parenthood during his conversation with Koimoi.com. In his reply he shared leaving it to the almighty. However, he mentioned being in no hurry to embrace parenthood.
He said, “We don’t have a for or against in this matter. I didn’t think it through. Ye sab upar wala karata hai, jab hona hota hai, koi cheez ho jati hai. Abhi mujhe near future me wo chiz hoti hui nahi dikh rahi hai that we kind of embrace parenthood just as yet. Our priorities are different but aligned with each other but maybe in due time, maybe, maybe not! We are stuck to each other right now. It’s been 7 years of our marriage & we’re still enjoying our honeymoon period.”
Sargun and Ravi dated for 4 years before tying the knot in December 2013. The couple met on the TV show 12/24 Karol Bagh and began dating. Their wedlock had left everyone surprised.
