Neelanjana Ray wins Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, takes home trophy and rs 10 lakh cash prize
One of the popular singing reality shows Sa Re Ga Ma Pa: Music Ka Tyohaar's grand finale took place on Sunday, March 6. Neelanjana Ray was announced the winner of the singing reality show. She lifted the trophy and took home the cash prize of Rs 10 lakh. Rajashri Bag and Sharad Sharma finished as the first and second runner-up of the show. They were awarded Rs 5 lakh and Rs 3 lakh respectively.
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa's latest season was judged by music directors and singers Himesh Reshammiya, Vishal Dadlani and Shankar Mahadevan.
Neelanjana Ray is currently beyond happy. She shared a picture of herself posing with the trophy and penned a note thanking everyone. She wrote, "It was not possible without your blessings, love and support. I want to thank you each one of you for making this journey so wonderful and memorable! Thanks to all my audience, my well wishers, my criticisers, my Guru, my parents, my family. Thanks to my team without whom this journey will not be possible. My family." In an interview with ETimes, Neelanjana shared her excitement as she said, "I am extremely happy to be lifting this trophy. But for me, the main goal was to win the hearts of the audience and garner their love. After receiving so much love from people, winning the trophy is like a bonus for me."
Talking about her parents, she said, "They are the happiest right now and their happiness means the most to me. Every parent wishes the best for their child and my parents always had this dream that I would win Sa Re Ga Ma Pa."
