After making a special place in everyone’s heart, Television show Saath Nibhana Saathiya returned with its 2nd edition. The shoot of SNS 2 began last month and it went on air on October 19. While the audience is pouring love in abundance for the 2nd installment of the show, it is being praised by one and all. But even before the show could take off properly, reports of tension between new and the old cast, on the set, is already making headlines. As per the latest online reports, a few new cast member are feeling sidelined and insecure.
According to a report, TV actress Akanksha Juneja, who portrays the character of Kanak on the show, is reportedly having some issues with the old cast and production house. The report states that Kanak is upset with the production house for not being well promoted and feels insecure with old cast Rupal Patel and Devoleena Bhattacharjee’s popularity on the show.
A source from the sets revealed to Pinkvilla, “Devoleena, Rupal have been the face of Saath Nibhana Saathiya and continue to do so. Akanksha Juneja (who plays the role of Kanak) reportedly has been upset with the production as she has not been promoted well and has been feeling insecure about the popularity of the old cast members especially Rupal and Devoleena. With this, there is some shimmering tension amongst the old and the new cast members with hardly any conversation between them.”
It is also being reported that Akanksha created a scene recently on the sets of SNS 2. Well, not only Kanak, even Sneha Jain, who portrays Gehna’s character, too is causing a lot of problem for the production on set.
