Star Plus is all set to bring back the new season of their successful show, Saath Nibhana Saathiya. The show will hit your TV screens with Season 2 from October 19. And like always SpotboyE.com is getting you all the exclusive scoop around it.
We already informed you that Mohammad Nazim, who played the role of Ahem Modi in Season 1, will also be part of the upcoming season along with Devoleena Bhattacharjee (Gopi Bahu) and Rupal Patel (Kokilaben). Well yes, Mohammed Nazim is going to portray the role of Ahem as well as Jaggi this time. You may recall in the previous season, his lookalike named Jaggi was introduced in one of the tracks. And now in this storyline that character will be introduced once again and have an important role.
The promos of Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 are already out where we could see Gopi introducing Gehna (Sneha Jain) as the lead and we hear Jaggi will be an integral part of her life.
Recently, while talking about the upcoming season exclusively to us Devoleena Bhattacharjee had said, "I'm glad to reunite with Rashmi Mam. She is a great teacher, friend and family to me. I totally believe in her vision and if she has thought something for me, so I really don't have to think anything. I can close my eyes and walk on that path. I am glad she not only decided to bring back season 2 of the show but also to make me a part of it once again."
Whereas Rupal Patel on playing the iconic character of Kokilaben once again had told us, "Honestly, when they approached me to play Kokilaben which I had played for so many years, I was happy. But at the same time it also came to my mind that I am already essaying a very strong character on TV i.e of Meenakshi Rajvansh in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke. So, how will I justify both the characters as both are equally important? Also, how will I manage to shoot both the shows. But I am lucky enough to have producers like Rajan Shahi Sir and Rashmi Sharma Mam who supported me in this. They will be adjusting my dates and shoot schedules, so I finally agreed to it."
Along with Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Rupal Patel and Mohammad Nazim, Sneha Jain and Harsh Nagar will be seen as the new main leads.
