On Saturday, Salman Khan and Sohail Khan shot for the 2-hour special episode Super Night With Tubelight to promote their upcoming release, Tubelight.
The episode in question, which will be telecast on Sony, was hosted by Aparshakti Khurana and featured Sunil Grover (reprising his role as Dr Mashoor Gulati), Ali Asgar, Sugandha Mishra and Sanket Bhosale. The show also had performances by Naagin 2 actress Mouni Roy, participants of Super Dancer and Sabse Bada Kalakar among others.

Minutes before Mouni’s performance, Salman, who is known to be playful, decided to pull a prank on the actress. The actor’s manager began filming a video during which she asks Mouni if she is going to perform with Salman. The actress instantly says, “No.” However, just as she moves away from the camera she realises that the superstar is standing behind her and heard what she said.

For some time now, speculations are rife that Salman, who has launched a number of aspirants in Bollywood, is soon going to give Mouni a break. It is said that the two bonded well when she promoted the second season of Naagin on Bigg Boss 10.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan pulled out of promoting Tubelight on The Kapil Sharma Show and shot for the integration episode instead. We wonder if the fluctuating TRPs of the comedy show post the mid-air brawl between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover, prompted the superstar’s call.
