Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke actor Sameer Sharma was found hanging in his Mumbai residence on Wednesday night. A Mid-Day report stated that the 44-year-old actor was found hanging from his Malad apartment’s kitchen ceiling. The report mentioned that it was the building watchman who discovered Sameer Sharma’s mortal remains during the night duty and informed the society members, and the Police later. Upon hearing the shocking news, Riya Sen, Mansi Parekh, Shweta Rohira, and other friends from the industry mourn the late actor’s demise.

On Instagram, Varun Dhawan shared a post grieving the death of Sameer Sharma. Taking to his Instagram stories, Varun shared a picture of the late actor and prayed he rests in peace.

On Twitter, Riya Sen made a tweet and offered her condolences to the family of late actor Sameer Sharma. The actress tweeted, “Another sad & tragic loss ! #sameerSharma . Condolences to his family.” Actress and singer Mansi Parekh also tweeted, “#RIP #sameersharma..only you know what reasons you had to take your life. I spent a wonderful year with you shooting our tv show “Four”. #rip.” She mentioned how she spent a wonderful year working with Sameer Sharma for the TV show Four. While Riya Sen and Mansi Parekh mourned the death of the late actor and offered condolences to the family, Shweta Rohira tweeted, “May #SameerSharma soul rest in peace You will be missed prayers for the closed ones to have strength to cope up with the loss It’s unfortunate @ rate suicides n  depression is increasing in our society may be we all need to give it a serious thought and not just think but take actions too.” Apart from Shweta, former Bigg Boss contestant Pritam Singh also tweeted expressing his grief. Meanwhile, Sameer Sharma last featured in the TV show Yeh Rishtey Hair Pyaar Ke. He was seen essaying the role of Shaurya Maheshwari, father to Kaveri Priyam, one of the main leads in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke.
