Here Is What Sanjna Singh has to say about her latest trending track ‘Bachpan ka pyaar’
Post her debut with the chartbuster show Yeh Jaddu Hai Jinn Ka, Sanjna Singh took a break from TV as she was getting a lot of music video offers which demanded her time off from set. The young actor started working on her fitness and continued shooting for music videos across the country. She has also worked with most of the prominent names in the Punjabi music industry like Inder Chahal and Akhil but the cherry on the cake is her latest release with none other than rapper-singer Badshah and the song is on everyone’s lips nowadays.
“I am extremely delighted to be a part of ‘Bachpan ka pyaar’ with none other than Badshah and Aastha Gill. The song does not need any more introduction ever since the kid ‘Sahdev’ hummed it and it has ben trending across social media platforms for quite sometime now,” says Sanjna. “This is the first time I have attempted such a song and I am sure the makers knew the advantage of this one. I can vouch that this will be a double hit as it does not only feature Badshah and Aastha but also the overnight sensation Sahdev. I play this young, bubbly girl in the video who is stuck in her present. She sees the mannequins played by Badshah, Aastha and Rico who are trying to tell her to relish her present life by overcoming from her guy. This is one cool fun video I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of. There was no running around trees, romancing anyone in a shikara boat or playing in the snow. The entire video is shot in a shopping mall and it is done very elegantly,” she adds. “I have been a part of many music videos and have worked with the finest of singers in the industry but I, like every girl, had this wish to star in a Badshah song. Working with him in a music video is like working with SRK in a movie. He is not only intelligent but witty, extremely humble and polite. There is a lot of room to learn from him,” says Sanjna.
