Sasural Simar Ka 2 Actor Akash Jagga: 'My Family Was Paranoid About Me Travelling To Agra For The Shoot During The COVID-19 Pandemic'- EXCLUSIVE
With all television and films shoot being planned outside Maharashtra due to lockdown, Sasural Simar Ka 2 actor Akash Jagga shares with us how tough it was for his family to let him out of the house
Akash Jagga, who is currently playing the role of Gagan in the show Sasural simar Ka 2, talks about his experience of shooting in Agra and Covid precautions.
Talking about the experience of shooting in Agra, he says, "This is my first time of shooting in Agra. I’m really loving the place, though I haven’t been around much due to the curfew, hoping to see more in the coming days. All in all it's an amazing experience. But for me everything is new this time, the production, actors, channel, it’s a different experience altogether and I’m liking it. I miss Kasautii’s co-stars but at the same time looking forward to bonding with the new ones." On being asked about the precautions they take while shooting, he says, "We have been taking all the precautions, from artists to crew members- all have been sanitising and washing hands, wearing masks all the time. Only during the scene we are taking off the mask and right after the take we put them back." Further sharing how his family reacted to shooting in the situation, he says, "I was really paranoid and so was my family because of the current situation, they all were telling me not to go when they got to know that I’ve to leave for Agra. But I assured them that I’ll be taking all precautions and the safety measures."
