Shehnaaz Gill calls herself ‘pure soul’ and ‘strong woman’ in an empowering speech at Brahma Kumaris’ campaign
Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill was recently spotted in Delhi at an event hosted by Brahmakumaris. The actress along with her brother Shehbaz Badesha attended the Brahmakumaris campaign for the Empowerment of Girl Child campaign where she delivered a motivational speech. Addressing the audience, Shehnaaz called herself a ‘pure soul and strong woman’. A video of her empowering speech at the event has gone viral on social media with fans and netizens hailing the actress.
In a video, Gill said she has become a very woman now and can deal with situations in life. She also spoke about how important it is to be mentally strong and to remain calm in every situation. In the clip, Shehnaaz Gill can be heard saying, “Stop calling girls delicate, bechari, and innocent. Hum bechariyan toh bilkul bhi nahi hain. Mujhe dekho, mein kitni strong hu na, ki kisi bhi situation se deal karna hai na toh vo mere se aake teaching lelo. She also stated, “Thokar khaa kar hi akal aati hai”. In the same video, one of her fans said “I love you” to Shehnaaz, to which she replied, “I love you too.” The Honsla Rakh actress received much love with the audience cheering up for her and thronging for selfies at the event. Notably, Shehnaaz Gill also shared a couple of her photos where she posed with Brahmakumari Shivani on her Instagram account. Sharing happy clicks, she called Brahmakumari Shivani her “soul sister.”
Shehnaaz Gill has gone through a lot last year following the tragic demise of her rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Shukla. Gill was in a state of denial and was left heartbroken by the sudden passing away of the actor. She stayed away from media glare and showbiz for several months.
