Shilpa Shinde Accuses Cine And Tv Association On Not Getting Good Work; Says, They Do Not Want People To Work With Me
Bigg Boss 11 winner and Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai actress Shilpa Shinde has been expelled out of Cine And Tv Association after her full-blown war with them. Shilpa is now accusing CINTAA of sabotaging her career
Shilpa Shinde who marked her TV debut with 2001 show, Kabhi Aaye Na Judaai made headlines for her controversy with Cine and TV Association. The actress was involved in a full-blown war with the association in 2017 and has been expelled from it since then. Shilpa last made an appearance on the Colors TV show Bigg Boss 11 as a contestant and finally turned winner for the same. As Shilpa has been off-screen since the show ended, the actress in an interview accused Cine and TV Association of sabotaging her career as she is not getting good offers, and claims that they do not want people to work with her
Shilpa Shinde is popular for her 2016-2017 tiff with Cine and TV Artistes Association and has been expelled from the association post that. Recently in an interview with HT, Shilpa spoke in brief about the offers she is getting and partially blamed the association for it. Shilpa revealed how TV is a no for her right now and added how all these years she dedicated her life to the Television medium and received immense love and job satisfaction from the same. Talking about the offers she is getting, Shilpa accused Cine and TV Artistes Association for not getting any good enough work saying that they did not want people to work with her. She spoke about how after leaving her last show, her work has been affected and added how things have finally changed for better after a lot of fights.
Shilpa who was expelled from CINTAA is now free to work anywhere but will not be helped by the association if anything goes wrong. Talking about her work further, Shilpa added that she is not thinking about TV right now. Shinde then revealed that as TV is not happening she is thinking of doing films or web series. She then added that she has been offered a few web shows but the roles weren’t again anything she has done before and mentioned how she is not comfortable doing bold scenes. Shilpa further added that in spite of all this, she is currently in talks for something on the web and if everything falls in place, there will be an announcement soon.
Mentioning about her opportunities in the film industry, Shinde spoke about working in films and added that as she has done so much of work on TV, the cares about the expectations her fans have from her and can’t go wrong in taking up not-so-good characters. She also added that the characters she has been offered in films have been supporting roles with much visibility rather than important roles in the plot.
In the meantime, as Shilpa continues to wait for good work and roles, she is happy running her designer store. Earlier, Shilpa Shinde had filed an FIR against the producer of the show for sexual harassment, mental torture and not clearing her remuneration. SpotboyE.com exclusively revealed that Shilpa who also alleged the Cine and TV Artistes Association for taking no action and went through a political party and spoke against the association has been expelled since then. As CINTAA never takes such a drastic step of expelling an artiste, Shinde will not be allowed to avail any facilities provided by the association to its members.
