Shilpa Shinde files police complaint against Bhabi Ji producer
The actress has approached the Mumbai Police, accusing Binaifer Kohli of mental harassment. The producer, however, is least perturbed and has told the cops that she’ll not budge
A few days ago, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain producer Binaifer Kohli received a call from Bangur Nagar Police Station. It was obviously a bolt from the blue for Binaifer, who was too numb to react at first.
However, she quickly regained her composure and sought out the details. Turned out, Shilpa Shinde has filed an NC (non-cognizable offence) against her. The actress, who walked out of the show alleging ‘unfair treatment’, has accused Binaifer of mental harassment and constantly sending text messages.

Though taken aback, the producer quickly clarified her stance to the cops. She told them in no uncertain terms that she WILL NOT stop calling Shilpa. The actress, Binaifer pointed out, was contractually bound to complete her show, but had put it in jeopardy by walking out. She also explained to the police that she was not doing anything wrong by calling up an artiste who had signed a deal with her.

After listening to Binaifer’s version, the cops, we hear, have let her be for the time being.
Well, looks like neither of the two -- Shilpa or Binaifer -- is in any mood to relent.SpotboyE has it that Shilpa’s replacement in the show will be announced very soon.
