SHOCKING: Naagin 3 on Star Plus. Not On Colors?
In what can be termed as a big blow to Colors, buzz doing the rounds suggests that Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 3 will air on Star Plus and not Colors

screens soon, but before that SpotboyE.com has got you the latest whispers
doing the rounds of telly world.

We hear, the supernatural drama will not air on Colors
but Star Plus this time around.
Says a source, “Naagin is an interesting series and has
helped Colors in terms of cementing its position as one of the top channels.
However, Star Plus bid higher for the third season and therefore managed to
clinch the supernatural show.”
You may recall that during the launch of Ekta’s web
series Haq Se, the producer had mentioned that she is meeting Colors repeatedly
over money matters.

It is said that Ekta was keen that the channel increase
the cost of the show since the budget of this Naagin 3 is higher and the
special effects used also added to the cost. It was apparently becoming
difficult for Balaji to produce the show in that money.
Adds the source, “Star is planning to revamp the channel
and wants to include a number of fiction shows. Goes without saying, Naagin 3
is a great catch and they bid such a price that it closed doors for Colors.”
Meanwhile, Surbhi Jyoti, Karishma Tanna and Anita
Hassanandani are expected be the new Naagins in the third part.

We had told you that the first scene of Naagin 3 will
start with Mouni Roy. First,
her flashback death scene of Season 2 will air followed by the actress
deciphering the reason behind her death. After that, the revenge track will
unfold.
Over to the switch in channel, let’s see when the deal is
sealed.
