Actor Shweta Tiwari has been grabbing headlines for her marvellous transformation from flab to fab. She not only told everyone that she has shed oodles of weight at the age of 40 but she also inspired many with her journey. Well, this time, she gave us a little sneak peek into her workout session and it is pretty thunderous. Just recently, she took to her Instagram stories to share her intense workout routine and trust us, you can ‘feel the thunder’ and how.
In the video, Shweta is seen holding onto two bars while making her legs go up and down, working on her lower abs. The video is backed with Imagine Dragons’ Thunder which only seems to be pumping her more to strive harder and for the best. After shedding those extra kilos, Shweta is often spotted exhibiting her toned mid-riff or toned body with full glory on Instagram. Earlier in February, Shweta shared a post with her nutritionist Kinita Kadakia Patel who helped her in losing as much as 10 kgs and talked about her weight loss journey.
She wrote, “Weight Loss! Phew... Weight loss is not easy...it’s very hard! You need a lot of dedication lot of self-control and will power! But it is not impossible Also! Especially when you have people like @kskadakia in your life, Who make this difficult journey easy and fun! I think more than me it was her who was determined To get me back in shape.”
