On Valentine’s eve, Rakhi Sawant announced her separation from her estranged husband Ritesh Singh leaving everyone shocked. Rakhi issued a statement on her social media account and stated that she was really sad and heartbroken. Now, former Bigg Boss contestant Sofia Hayat has come out in support of Rakhi.
For the uninitiated, Sofia tied the knot with Romanian Interior designer Vlad Stanescu, on 24 April 2017, but after a year of staying together both called it off. In an interview with Etimes, recalling her broken marriage, she shared, “It reminds me of the fraud that my husband did with me. Even my husband turned out to be a conman. He married me, stole all my expensive things, money, and left. Sofia, who embraced spirituality and became a nun in 2016, said that Rakhi needs healing. Sofia added, "Men who lie always lie. Her husband needs help. Rakhi also needs healing. She has been living a lie. No wonder people thought the marriage was a lie because it is. He lied. Rakhi probably does not understand what real love is anymore, and she will need healing. I am sending her healing in this phase of her life so that she may know right from wrong and truth from a lie."
Well, we recently got in touch with Rakhi and asked her what went wrong between her and Ritesh. She told us, "He has to sort out his legal problems because he already has a wife and kids. Everybody was telling me 'you're a liar, liar', so maine unko bulake Bigg Boss mein dala. Bigg Boss mein aane ke bad, uski wife and sab log bahar aye and hume pata chala. I thought he was a divorcee but after a while I found out he is not divorced, so my marriage was not legal."
