Television actress Subuhii Joshi recently took to her Instagram and penned a long note opening up about her struggles. She wrote about the low phase in her life, and urged fans to hang on and never give up. The actress shared that she recently lost a friend, who never told her what was she going through. She revealed that the incident has scared her, and she opened up about her feelings, while urging people to talk to someone, and start working on themselves.
While urging people to hang in there despite challenging times, Subuhii herself opened up about her low phase. She wrote, “I recently lost a lot of weight. People appreciated me, media wrote about me, I started getting great offers. I was living my best life. Then something happened. I just became sad for no reason. Yes I continued posting happy things on social media, but then again that's just part of my profession.” She further wrote that while she would earlier wake up at 6 and go for a run, she now stayed in bed till noon.
“I started ignoring mental health, my physical health. Stopped talking to my friends,” she wrote. Further, she added, “Today, I'm low, most of my friends are angry with me, I'm not working, And my life is a mess. But you know what I'm still hanging in there.”
She wrote that she woke up today with the same passion she had a few weeks ago. She went for a run, did meditation, made herself breakfast, and said to herself 'Welcome Back'. “We all have our own battles, please don't give up," wrote Subuhii.
