Sunil Grover’s Morphed PIC Of Gutthi At Cannes 2022 Red Carpet Makes Fans Nostalgic; Netizen Says, ‘Kapil Ke Show Mai Vapis Aa Jao’
Standup comedian and actor Sunil Grover needs no introduction, thanks to his amazing body of work. He is widely known for playing the popular character Gutthi on Kapil Sharma’s show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show.’ Although he is no longer a part of the show, his ardent fans continue to miss him and hope for his comeback on the show. On Saturday, Sunil made a loyal fanbase of Gutthi nostalgic and left them in splits as he shared a morphed photo of Gutthi posing on the Cannes 2022 red carpet.

Taking to his Instagram handle, the comedian posted a morphed photo of his character Gutthi, walking the red carpet of the prestigious festival and captioned it, “French Riviera.” With her two signature ponytails, Gutthi is seen dressed in a white swan-like gown with a purple bow-tie right at the centre of the outfit. Notably, her typical expression in the picture is simply unmissable. Celebrities and fans took to the comments section of the post to shower love on Gutthi. Hina Khan, who is attending Cannes 2022, dropped laughing emojis and wrote, "Sunil..." Ronit Bose Roy commented, "Wow! Dude you’re killing it!" Interestingly, one fan wished for his comeback on the show and wrote, “Kapil ke khow mai vapis aa jao.”

For the unversed, back in 2017 Sunil Grover had left the show abruptly following his public spat with Kapil Sharma. Reportedly, Sunil had alleged that Kapil misbehaved and attacked him onboard a flight. In an interview with Times Now Digital, Grover had talked about working with Kapil Sharma and said there was no plan of reuniting with him for a project in near future. However, Sunil said he would work with Sharma ‘if circumstances could bring them together.’
