Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Shashank Vyas Says, 'So Many Suffered Depression In Bollywood, Did They Commit Suicide?'-EXCLUSIVE
Shashank Vyas talks about Sushant Singh Rajput's death, where the actor urges that people should not connect depression as the reason for his demise and let the CBI do its job
On June 14, Bollywood and TV star Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra residence. The initial reports suggested that the actor ended his life due to depression. Many reports also claimed that he was affected by lobbying in Bollywood and that led to a big debate on social media.
However, his death turned into a big mystery after his father KK Singh filed an official complaint accusing his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for his death and made some serious allegations. Now, when the CBI investigation is on, a lot of people are seeking justice for Sushant and amongst them is actor Shashank Vyas. Balika Vadhu actor, who has already started shooting for his film Laila Manju, has been closely following the whole matter. However, he doesn't agree that he would have ended his life out of depression. Talking to us exclusively, Shashank went on saying, "Depression can happen to anyone, but that does not necessarily mean that you will commit suicide. We have so many examples from Bollywood who suffered from depression, but did they commit suicide? So, if someone is depressed doesn't mean that he or she will commit suicide. I guess people should stop connecting depression with his death and wait for the CBI to uncover the truth."
Meanwhile, Rhea, who was Sushant's girlfriend and also a prime suspect in his case, was arrested by the NCB over the alleged drug peddling angle in the case. And a lot of Bollywood celebrities have come out in her support and asking justice for her.
Shashank feels no one should be blamed for taking sides as the ones who are supporting her now, were also quiet all this while.
