Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma: Tappu Was Scared To Perform Valentine's Day Stunt; 'I Almost Broke Into A Sweat'
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’s upcoming episode will see Tappu going down on his knee to propose Sonu on Valentines’ day. In a recent conversation, Tapu mentioned what all went in shooting this Valentines’ day sequence including him getting nervous to finally nailing the way visualized by the makers
The latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah will have love in the air, with the celebration of Valentine’s Day taking place on the show. Taking the charge to spread love is actor Raj Anadkat who plays Tappu on the show. Tappu who has nurtured love for Sonu since childhood will be finally spilling the beans and pouring his heart out to her. The makers have scripted a die-hard romantic episode to keep the audiences glued to their TV sets to witness what happens next.
Along with the script, the scenes of the show are also mounted high to give out the vibe of romance in the air. As per reports in IWMbuzz.com, Tappu has shot for a sequence where he will be making a grand entry descending from the ceiling to the floor. Talking about this experience of shooting this scene, he expressed being nervous despite several rehearsals. Ultimately everything fell in place as per the script’s demand. This particular scene is shot in a totally filmy style. This said sequence was shot in the clubhouse of Gokuldham society.
“The sequence has been shot in a completely romantic and filmy style. Audiences are going to love watching it! For a particular sequence where I am being lowered down with ropes from a height, I almost broke into a sweat. Although I had rehearsed for it and all was okay, still, during the final take I shivered a bit. But then I took a deep breath, calmed myself down and got through the shot. After all, an actor is as good as what he or she can do without fear and hesitation for it to be enjoyed by viewers. I was also nervous proposing to Sonu during the shoot,” he was quoted saying.
He further adds, “This too was nothing similar to what I have acted or done on the show nor did I have the experience shooting for a romantic scene like this. However, even this part went off well and as is the tradition with the show, we try to introduce as many new things as possible and keep the content as fresh as possible.
