Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Did You Know OG Gurucharan Singh Aka Sodhi Was Offered Bigg Boss 15 And Bigg Boss OTT?
Actor Gurucharan Singh spilled the beans, about this lucrative offer in his latest interaction
Actor Gurucharan Singh aka Sodhi of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been missing in action after he abruptly quit the show last year. The actor in conversation with ETimes TV revealed being approached for the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss not once but twice. In the interaction, he shared that he was offered the ongoing 15th season hosted by Salman Khan as well as the OTT version of Bigg Boss which was hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar. However, nothing materialized.
The meeting was scheduled in Film City, but it never happened due to some best-known reasons to the channel. He said, “They told me that they wanted me in Bigg Boss so when last time I came to Mumbai so I told them let’s meet and they were telling me that they want to meet in Film City. So I said let’s go to Film City no problem but then they said that they can’t meet at that time, they can meet later on. So I told them I’m going back then it is not possible I don’t know, they wanted me in Bigg Boss, whether it is true or not I don’t know.”
He also recalled the offer made to him to be part of Karan Johar hosted Bigg Boss OTT. Back then he was asked by the makers to be quarantined, but as the actor asked about remuneration for the same, he did not receive any reply.
